Where to find the answers you need.

When you have questions, and you almost certainly will, it's nice to know that help is available. The Etomite support staff know the value of time which is why they make every possible effort to keep you moving forward with development of your projects.

The first place to look whenever you have questions is in the documentation section of the Etomite website. The process of documenting the Etomite CMS is an ongoing task and we ask that anyone who has the ability, and desire, to donate their efforts towards enhancing our current documentation if at all possible.

If the answers to your questions can't be found in the documentation, or you need a bit more clarification regarding a specific issue, then you can try a search of the Etomite support forums. Please make every attempt to do thorough searches before posting a question that may have already been previously answered. There is also a Frequently Asked Question section which we attempt to keep up to date.

When all else fails the Etomite support may even offer one-on-one support, including hands-on diagnosis and repair of stubborn issues. While the staff does not encourage users to ask for such levels of support the staffers may make the offer just to get you back in business faster.

The Etomite community also has several members who work with Etomite almost exclusively and they may be willing to lend their expertise, for negotiable fees, should you require their services. This level of support ranges from site template conversions all the way to complete custom data management modules to extend Etomite to your needs.

One thing is for certain - you will never be left feeling like nobody has even read your support request. Most support requests are acknowledged within hours, or even minutes, not days, and the support continues until the issue has been resolved.
